This wheel-thrown and carved vase by Jonathan Yamakami is glazed in blue and raku fired. As with all raku vessels, the interior is not watertight; use for dried arrangements only. Measures approx. 6 inches high x 4.75 inches in diameter.

Jonathan Yamakami is a ceramist based in Los Angeles, CA. His hand-built and wheel-thrown vessels are inspired by sea creatures, botanical life, and other figures from his childhood in São Paulo, Brazil.
