Shibori is a traditional Japanese tie-dying art that dates back 400+ years, to the beginning of the Edo period. The Shibori technique creates a three-dimensional form by folding, crumpling, stitching, plaiting, or plucking and twisting the cloth surface into 3-dimensional shapes before compressing them to dye. The Kumo Bag will take on various shapes depending on what you put in it! (recommended to hold up to 2.7 lbs)
