Merry Christmas Letterpress Card

Merry Christmas printed in red and silver ink. These cards are hand-printed from antique wood type and hand-carved woodcut backgrounds on 100% recycled (post-consumer) kraft card stock with 100% recycled kraft envelopes.

One card has a red background with silver type, the other has a silver background with red type. The back is blank for you to wish your family and friends a Merry Christmas!

Julie Belcher is an Appalachian artist, dedicated handmade advocate, and appreciator of that which can be made new and useful once more. She studied architecture and graphic design before helping to launch the handset letterpress revival over 2 decades ago, while scavenging to purchase and restore vintage printing presses long forgotten throughout the South.

Julie is the owner and creative director of Pioneer House, a printmaking studio in Knoxville, TN, where she hand pulls her letterpress pieces from antique typography and carved imagery.
