Mocha and White Pebble Glazed Vase by Mari Nakamura

LA-based ceramist Mari Nakamura was born and raised in Japan. She creates both wheel-thrown and hand-built forms, using primarily stoneware and porcelain clays. Her textured pieces have a distinctive look, reflecting both contemporary and nature-based influences.

Nakamura believes that handmade pottery encourages connection between people and makes everyday life happier.

Vase measures approx. 7" wide by 5.5" tall, with a 2.75" diameter opening. Interior is glazed to hold water.
