All orders are shipped from our store in Los Angeles, California, typically within 1-3 business days of being received. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking. Delivery time varies depending on location and product availability. Please note that carrier delivery times continue to see delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are happy to ship internationally! We highly recommend contacting us with the items you are interested in prior to placing an order so we can send you a shipping estimate.
Please note when checking out that shipping charges will not be automatically applied to your order but must be paid before your order can ship. We will send you a separate invoice for shipping and handling, based on available rates, that can be paid online. If shipping charges are not paid within 7 days, your original order will be cancelled and refunded.
By default, we ship using the most economical option - usually USPS International First Class (comes with tracking) - but can upgrade service upon request. Most international shipping charges start at $45 and up.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees.
Customers in the Los Angeles area can choose Pickup under Order Options at checkout to pick up their order in person from the shop. An e-mail confirmation will be sent with pick-up details when the order is ready.
Please wear a mask and practice social distancing when coming to collect your purchase. If you are simply running in to pick up your order, we are allowed to waive the city's mandated vaccination requirement; however, if you plan to shop in the store or visit our galleries we require proof of full vaccination for Covid-19 along with a photo ID.
Orders must be picked up during normal shop hours within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email. Please note that items not picked up within 14 days will be donated back to the shop and are not eligible for a refund.
We reuse cardboard boxes and packaging materials whenever possible in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint. Please be aware that your order may arrive in a reused box with alternate branding on the exterior. We encourage you to reuse or recycle any packaging upon receipt.
