We offer complimentary gift wrapping. To request gift wrapping for your order, leave a note on the checkout page and indicate if you would like us to wrap your items together or individually, and/or include a gift message.

Returns

Handmade, one-of-a-kind items often vary in color, pattern, and size, and some imperfections should be expected. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund when it’s issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all jewelry, bath and body, sale, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions at shop@craftcontemporary.org.

Membership Discounts

Members of Craft Contemporary receive a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount based on their level of membership, on most store merchandise. Please note that the discount does not apply to sale items, gift certificates, admission tickets, or membership purchases.

To apply your membership discount, enter the code CRAFTFAMILY when prompted at checkout, and the appropriate discount will automatically be applied to your order.

Please note that discounts are non-transferable, and the billing contact name on your order will be verified against our current member registry before your order is shipped. If the billing name does not match, or if your membership is not in current standing, we will notify you. If we don't hear back from you, we'll complete the order without the discount. To avoid delays, please ensure your Craft Contemporary membership is current before applying the discount code.

If you are unsure about the status of your membership, please do not use the discount code. Instead, leave a note for us on the checkout page, and we can look up your membership before processing your order. If you are a current member, we will deduct the appropriate discount from your total before your credit card is charged.
