The Armadillo Vase with Moss measures 10" from nose to tail, 7.5" high at it's highest point (the tail), is 6.5" wide, and the opening (for use as a vase) is 2.5" in diameter.
Made by ceramic artist, Veronica Arquilevich Guzman, in her home/studio, each piece crafted individually with clay, using a potter's wheel, or her hands, or both. Guzman likes to play with the forms; alternating, carving and adding texture or pieces to the original form. Most work is fired twice, and she uses a variety of low and high fire glazes to give each piece her signature love and mastery with color.
