Carving Kit - Chopsticks

Make your own chopsticks using this fun carving kit from Japan! The kit contains three ash and oak wood blanks to carve from (one block for each chopstick and one for the chopstick rest), three grades of sandpaper, and beeswax and cloth for finishing and polishing. Basic instructions in English and Japanese are included on the strikingly graphic white paper wrapper.

Carving knives are not included and are available separately - or use any standard penknife. We recommend washing and drying wooden utensils immediately after use, and refinishing carved pieces periodically with fresh beeswax or oil.
