The vibrant covers feature two unique vintage colour theory illustrations, one that the vendor uncovered in a book about the art of colouring and painting landscapes in watercolours, published in 1805, and the other adapted from colour swatches ornithologist Robert Ridgway produced in 1886 to standardise names of colours of birds for naturalists. Their designers carefully restored and adapted the original illustrations for the covers of these matt-finish 100pp (50 sheets) lined notebooks. Finished with premium fabric spines and housed in a card slipcase, they are perfectly sized to easily pop into your bag.
