The Festival of Flowers 100% organic cotton tea towel features remarkable illustrations of flowers originally hand-painted by an unknown artist in the early 1600s onto the blank sections of pages of a christening book published in 1596 in Bavaria. Roomytown's design team in Bath, UK, has carefully adapted and enhanced the original artwork to breathe fresh life into the beautiful watercolour illustrations.
The Benson's Colour Hexagon 100% organic cotton tea towel was adapted from William Benson's hexagonal diagram exploring the relationship between pairs of colours and their application in the decorative arts, published in London in 1868. Roomytown's design team in Bath, UK, has carefully adapted and enhanced the original artwork and applied it to this 100% organic cotton tea towel.
