We are smitten with these colorful mini letterpress cards by Julie Belcher of Pioneer House. Hand printed from extra-condensed cowboy san serif wood type on 100% recycled papers, these flat cards are blank on the back for you to write a note. There are many possible color combinations - more than we can show here - and you will get a lovely, random assortment of paper & ink colors.

This pack of 10 cards comes with custom made mini recycled kraft envelopes. Please note that these cards are too small to mail as-is, except in a larger, standard-size envelope. They are great as gift enclosures, tiny tags, lunchbox notes, scrapbooking ephemera, party favors, stocking stuffers... you name it! Typography buffs and anyone who enjoys good, clean design will love receiving them.

Julie Belcher is an Appalachian artist, dedicated handmade advocate, and appreciator of that which can be made new and useful once more. She studied architecture and graphic design before helping to launch the hand-set letterpress revival over 2 decades ago, while scavenging to purchase and restore vintage printing presses long forgotten throughout the South.

Julie is the owner and creative director of Pioneer House, a printmaking studio in Knoxville, TN, where she hand pulls her letterpress pieces from antique typography and carved imagery.
