We need more love and peace in the world! These earrings will make a statement on which side you stand. John Lennon would have loved them.

Did you know that the peace symbol was designed by British graphic artist Gerald Holtom in 1958 for the British Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND)?  The symbol combines the semaphore flags for the letters "N" (nuclear) and "D" (disarmament) within a circle, and Holtom also described it as also representing a person in despair with arms outstretched downwards. Another way to look at this is that the arms are outstretched upwards, in a sign of hope.

You don't need to be at Woodstock to make these special!

Earrings have a 2" drop and are approximately 1.25" in diameter. They are 18K gold-plated over brass.
