Beans, corn (maiz), and squash have been grown together for thousands of years. In agriculture they are considered the Three Sisters of Indigenous Americas as they nurture each other and help one another’s growth when they are planted together.

These rings are part of the Three Sisters Mi Corasol series, celebrating the foods that connect us to our cultural roots and remind us of solidarity and support.

Produced through sand casting, a process in which liquefied metal is poured into a sand mold made by pressing an original seed onto sand, one of the oldest forms of metal production in recorded history. They are solid sterling silver.

The Pumpkin Stacking Ring is available in sizes 7 and 8.

Inspired by her love for nature and her vibrant communities, Sol, the designer, considers herself an active participant in the BIPOC, LGBTQI+, and migrant groups in Southern California. In her pieces, she draws from nature to craft wearable adornments that capture the lessons of resilience and resistance.

Her work symbolizes strength within historically marginalized communities and celebrates their cultural practices and traditions. Seeds and plants, like jewelry and adornments, are not just beautiful objects but powerful storytellers—tokens that remind us of both our individual and collective power.
