Thai Herbal Massage Ball

Inspired by the Thai tradition of using herbs to promote healthy, soft, and smooth skin, this Thai Herbal Massage Ball will help you relax in no time. The massage ball can be used by applying pressure in a clockwise motion on a specific area or using smooth strokes across the whole body.

Turmeric and lemongrass help relieve muscle tension and joint pain, while stimulating blood circulation and pleasing the senses.

Ingredients: Plai, Tumeric, Kaffir lime leaves, Kaffir lime peel, Lemongrass.

Handmade in Thailand.

Directions:

• Soak the massage ball in warm water for 20 minutes to allow for full absorption. 
• Heat in a microwave for 3 minutes or steam over a pot of boiling water until hot to release the oils. Let cool so it can be applied to the skin safely.
• Place the herbal compress on any area of the body you desire. Press and massage clockwise or use smooth strokes while pressing.
• After use, leave the herbal compress to air dry naturally. Place it in an airtight plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for later use.
• One ball can be used approximately 5-6 times.
